Break free from the grip of toxic stress addiction
Are you caught in a never-ending cycle of disruptive behavioral patterns, unaware that you might be addicted to toxic stress?
Toxic stress can take various forms, manifesting as repetitive, addictive patterns that offer temporary relief through the release of dopamine.
Whether you find yourself entangled in a codependent relationship, obsessively pursuing work, or stuck in other repetitive cycles, it's essential to recognize these destructive patterns and seek ways to break free.
MY STORY
As a former corporate devotee and people pleaser I know what it's like to feel unfulfilled and trapped.

Born in Italy, I hold a Master's Degree in Architecture and worked as an architect for fifteen years in multiple countries.
Early in my career, I found myself constantly moving and searching for more. I felt unfulfilled in my jobs, the cities I lived in, and even the identities I adopted.
My life lacked purpose and direction, and I realized I was living to please others, constantly seeking their approval and appreciation.

I was oppressed by constant stress, and whenever I lived an uplifting, soothing experience, I unconsciously searched for more stress and dysfunctional situations.

That was what was familiar to me; that was what I unconsciously craved!

It took hitting rock bottom to finally bloom
After enduring much trauma throughout my life, including witnessing my mother's agonizing illness and death, I reached a breaking point.
I felt like a victim of circumstance. My health and wellness declined, and I became stuck in a relentless cycle of suffering.
I felt trapped in my job, continued toxic relationships, and resorted to unhealthy coping mechanisms such as emotional eating.
I lost sight of who I truly was.
After waking up too many mornings feeling oppressed, I knew it was time for a change.

Turning my pain into strength
After learning about the deep interconnection between emotions, spirit, and illnesses, I realized that no one else was responsible for my health or happiness but myself.
I stopped playing the victim and started being the director of my life
I completely transformed my energy state, my diet, and habits.
The effects were life-changing.

I embraced the healing power of nature, running through its calming landscapes and nourishing my body with mindful eating.
By listening to my inner voice, I rediscovered a sense of vitality and aliveness.

Through Yoga and meditation, I learned to tune into my body's wisdom, trust my intuition, and cultivate a deeper awareness and self-love.
As I reconnected with my highest self, my physical well-being improved, and my reality underwent a transformative shift.

I found myself surrounded by mindful and loving individuals who supported me in uncovering my life purpose and vision.
By aligning myself with the frequencies of love, compassion, joy, and purpose, I attracted a profound shift in my reality!

DON'T LET FEAR HOLD YOU BACK
For too long - I lived behind a mask, letting fear guide me.
Fear of not being accepted, praised, or loved. I was always looking at others for approval, living a lie.
