I'm a corporate escapee turned yoga teacher, soul connector, and human energy expert. I blissfully turned my life upside-down at 40 and dedicated my life to empowering hyper-stressed humans to do the same!
After years of working in corporate, I felt extremely unfulfilled and unhappy, had no clear direction, and was oppressed by chronic stress.
Having experienced many traumatic events in my life for years, I didn't realize the connection between past traumas and stress, so I kept pushing through.
My health and well-being started to deteriorate.
I constantly felt like a victim of life, like a raft in a storm.
It wasn't until I understood the deep interconnection between mind, spirit, and illnesses that I realized I could TAKE CHARGE of my life and health and create an abundant, fulfilling, and wholesome reality.
Now, it's my passion to help professionals in their 30s to 50s find freedom from their pain through coaching, mindset work, yoga, qigong, somatic dance, and past life regression so they can also leave the victim state and become creators of the wholesome life they always wanted.

They are not only present in nature, but also within us. Each element influences the others, and each corresponds to certain emotions and is associated with organs in our body.
You will learn to recognize when and where you have an imbalance, and I will teach you powerful tools to keep the 5 elements in harmony and maintain profound physical and mental health.

postures and includes breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle. Yoga based on the 5 elements balances body, mind, and spirit by incorporating traditional Chinese medicine principles.
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
A past life regression is a guided meditation based on deep relaxation that helps you access and explore your past in order to heal from traumas and gain insights into your present life.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice based on the five elements that uses movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate Qi (vital energy) and promote profound well-being.
