HOW TO FIND (AND LIVE) YOUR SOUL PURPOSE

What if I told you that every single person on Earth has unique gifts and a unique Soul purpose that no one else has?

It's your choice to discover and embrace all this or ignore and neglect it for the rest of your life.

If you feel disconnected from your daily activities and daydream about a different life, a different YOU, you may not be living your full potential. You may think you were born to do something other than what you have done so far.

But you have no idea what.

No fear! If you feel called to discover your Soul purpose, keep reading because I was exactly where you are now. You can read more about my story here.

First of all, what does Soul purpose exactly mean?

Our Soul purpose is the ultimate reason why we were born, and more than finding it, we should talk about remembering it, as it is something that's already within us.

When you live your Soul purpose, you don't feel you are betraying yourself, that you have to compromise who you are or even betray yourself, or that you must search for something else constantly.

It simply feels RIGHT. You are at peace, in the right place, at the right time.

You feel that everything flows effortlessly.

You are not drained. You don't feel you are "losing yourself."

Ok, but where to start?

Here are 5 steps to follow that helped me in finding my Soul purpose:

1. Step back and observe your life from a distance

Awareness is the key, always!

Observe your life from a different point of view to understand where you are.

Step back for a while, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and observe.

How do you feel at the end of your typical day?

Are you caught up in the doing, living on autopilot?

Are you living in survival mode?

What drains your energy?

2. Reconnect with your inner child

Then focus on the activities that bring you joy, energize and uplift you.

What lights you up?

Usually, the best way to discover this is by reconnecting with your childhood and remembering what you were naturally drawn to as a child that, for some reason, you stopped cultivating.

Reconnecting with your inner child and childhood memories is the key to discovering your natural talents and gifts that you may ignore or forget about.

Your Soul purpose is closely related to your talents, to what you are naturally good at.

3. Learn to be of service to others.

If remembering your natural gifts puts you on the right track toward your life mission, you must also know that finding your Soul's purpose is much deeper and more complex than getting in touch with your natural talents and what brings you joy.

It's crucial that your Soul mission is also a service for the highest interest of all beings, inspiring, helping, and uplifting others in a way that lights you up.

Of course, you must also be in love with what you do and be able to support yourself financially with it.

Japanese culture has a beautiful concept to synthesize all this in one word: Ikigai.

The secret to a happy life is finding your Soul's purpose as a combination of different factors, as you can see in the diagram below:

4. Overcome your limiting beliefs.

Once you get more clarity on your Soul purpose, ask yourself what's holding you back.

Most of the time, it's fear of the unknown or fear of losing the approval of the people we love.

Journal about this, and ask yourself this key question:

If I weren't afraid, what would I do with my life?

You may find out that you have limiting beliefs, like "I don't deserve that," or "I will never manage to become that."

To overcome doubts and fears, focus on what you have rather than what you don't have. Tune into the high vibrations of gratitude and joy for what you already have, change your point of resonance and frequencies, and stay open to new opportunities and blessings that are in tune with it.

Start taking inspired actions that bring your current life towards a life that mirrors and is aligned with your highest purpose.

Keep in mind that remembering and living your Soul's purpose is a journey; you'll get closer and closer to it the more you get in touch with your Spirit.

And finally, my last tip for you, maybe the most important.

5. Be in touch with your Soul.

Don’t let your Ego take the lead while actively seeking a life purpose.

The Ego wants to know everything in advance, to keep control.

The Ego doesn’t like the unknown.

That’s not how it works.

Let your life purpose come to you.

Your Soul KNOWS already everything.

Quiet the mind through meditation and surrender.

Give up any attachment to the IDEA OF finding your life purpose.

Only in this relaxed, surrender, and high vibrational state, you can get in touch with your intuition, your natural gifts, what brings you joy, and, ultimately, with your life mission.

Being in this state of flow keeps you safely on the path that is truly meant for you, even without knowing exactly your final destination or all the how and why.

If you trust your journey and you are open to receiving continuous guidance every single day, your true life purpose will reveal itself to you.
