HOW CHAKRA HEALING CAN HELP YOU RELEASE KARMIC DEBTS AND ALIGN WITH YOUR LIFE PURPOSE

Releasing karmic debts is much more complex than just doing good deeds.

My karmic journey began almost in parallel with my spiritual awakening: as soon as I became aware of my victim state, I also realized I was stuck in extremely dark, repetitive patterns.

And it was dang difficult to get out! Because my blockages weren’t at a conscious level. They plagued my subconscious and had been built up through many lifetimes, with the majority of my karmic debts coming from my family and ancestors.

I could truly write a book about my personal karmic story.

For this post, I will talk about the three most important lessons I learned in my personal karmic journey, which are:

  • Karma means actions and is your energy baggage, impacting your life's flow.

  • Traumas and stuck emotions jam your energy centers, preventing the right actions.

  • Balancing your chakras channels energy correctly, helping you align with your soul's purpose.

So, you might ask: if karma means action, isn’t it enough to simply do good deeds to release karmic debts?

The short answer is no!

Karma is governed by at least 12 different laws, with the “law of cause and effect” being the most well-known.

When you dig deeper, you’ll realize that karma involves more than just actions; it also includes thoughts, intentions, interactions, and much more.

Everything is energy, including karma, and the laws of karma regulate the exchange between our energy body and the cosmic energy body. Each thought and action influences karma.

To further complicate things, karmic debts aren't limited to what you've accumulated in this lifetime. They also include unresolved karma from past lives and even the lives of your ancestors.

This energy baggage sticks to you across lifetimes, making the realization of your soul’s purpose sluggish and slow. What’s commonly called “karmic debt” is nothing more than unresolved karma.

This unresolved karma also gets stored in your body, initiating a vicious cycle: your energy centers (aka chakras) become jammed or slowed down due to traumas, stuck emotions, and various forms of karma. These blockages prevent you from acting in ways that would allow you to release your karma and align with your soul's purpose.

As a result, your energy centers become even more jammed and slow, your actions and thoughts less mindful, and less aligned with your soul’s purpose.

And the vicious circle continues!

Imagine karmic debts and jammed chakras as a dead weight preventing your soul from getting close to universal consciousness, dulling your intuition, and keeping you from being who you are meant to be in this lifetime.

I’ve tried to represent the concept in the graphic below:

So, while yoga and energy work alone won’t magically dissolve your karmic debts, they are crucial for keeping your energy centers free and flowing, and for channeling and using your energy correctly, ultimately helping you align with your true purpose.

But how can you understand which energy center holds you back, slows you down, or carries the most baggage?

Each energy center—aka chakra—is responsible for a certain area of your life and the related emotions. If a chakra is open and functioning well, there is well-being and uplifting emotions.

If a chakra is jammed or slowed down, discomfort arises, and darker emotions take over, impacting your actions.

Here’s how each chakra, when sluggish, can impede the release of karmic debts:

  • When your First Chakra (Muladhara) isn’t working smoothly, you feel insecure, anxious, and stuck in a constant state of survival mode. It becomes tough to trust in the universe or move forward in life with confidence. This can trap you in cycles of fear and scarcity. For example, if you’ve got karmic issues tied to financial insecurity, an unbalanced Muladhara can keep you stuck in that loop because you can’t shake off your fears and break free.

  • If your Second Chakra (Svadhishthana) is out of balance, your creativity, passion, and emotional stability take a hit. Life feels less enjoyable, and connecting with others can be challenging. This makes it difficult to resolve karmic patterns linked to relationships, desires, and emotional well-being. For instance, if you’ve got unresolved karma around intimacy or expressing emotions, a lazy Svadhishthana can stop you from building meaningful relationships or following your passions, leaving those karmic debts hanging over you.

  • When your Third Chakra (Manipura) is sluggish, you feel powerless, unmotivated, and unsure of yourself. These feelings can make it really hard to take action, assert yourself, and go after your goals—all key steps in clearing karmic debts tied to personal power and willpower. For example, if past life karma has left you grappling with self-worth or control issues, a lazy Manipura can hold you back from making the changes needed to break those cycles.

  • A contracted Fourth Chakra (Anahata) leads to feelings of isolation, bitterness, and difficulty with forgiveness. These emotional blocks can keep you stuck in karmic patterns related to love, compassion, and emotional healing. If your karma involves unresolved issues around love or forgiveness, a sluggish heart chakra can make it tough to move past these challenges, keeping your heart closed and those wounds unhealed.

  • If your Fifth Chakra (Vishuddha) isn’t flowing freely, you struggle with communication, self-doubt, and expressing yourself. This can hold you back from speaking your truth, which is essential for releasing karmic debts tied to communication and authenticity. For example, if your karma involves learning to stand up for yourself or express your beliefs, a lazy Vishuddha can keep you from doing so, trapping you in a cycle of silence and inauthenticity.

  • When your Sixth Chakra (Ajna) is cloudy, you feel confused, disconnected from your intuition, and unable to see things clearly. This can make it hard to grasp the bigger picture and understand the karmic lessons you need to learn. If your karma involves developing your intuition or gaining spiritual wisdom, a lazy Ajna can keep you in the dark, preventing you from seeing the path ahead.

  • If your Seventh Chakra (Sahasrara) is out of sync, you feel disconnected from the universe, the divine, struggle with finding purpose, and experience spiritual confusion. This disconnect can trap you in karmic cycles related to spiritual growth, keeping you from reaching your full potential and connecting with your higher self. If your karma involves spiritual growth or divine connection, a closed Sahasrara can hold you back from achieving those goals, leaving those karmic lessons unresolved.

I have summed up all this information in the graphic below:

You might ask: Is there a magic formula for chakra balancing?

Well, no one has a magic formula; chakra balancing requires awareness and deep work.

A numerological analysis can help immensely: the Matrix of Destiny, a star-shaped matrix of your personal numbers, is strongly linked to the chakras as each number in the geometrical matrix corresponds to one of them.

By decoding the energies of each number, you can understand whether you are aligned with the positive or negative manifestation of that energy.

And if you are in the negative, you will also know which chakra is responsible, and you can work on reactivating it.

I can suggest many exercises: yoga poses, breathing techniques, hand mudras (gestures) targeted to each chakra. If you decide to book the Matrix of Destiny, you can add a personal consultation, and I will teach you all you need to know!

Also, if you wish to work deeply on your karma in a condensed period of time, you can apply for my 3-month private mentoring program Karma Revolution, where you will benefit from past life regressions, a complete numerology analysis with a focus on karma and soul’s purpose, and tailor-made private live sessions.
